Changed your mind, or something is wrong? Here is how returns work.
Changed your mind: 14 days to withdraw
If you buy as a consumer, you can withdraw from the purchase of ready models within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason.
- Tell us within 14 days of receiving the goods: by email to info@pendim.com, by phone on +359 888 819 528, or with the contact form. You may use the withdrawal form in our terms, but you do not have to.
- Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us, to Pendim SD, Bogomil 17 str., 4000 Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Pack them well, so they arrive as you received them. The cost of sending them back is yours.
- Your refund: we refund the price and the standard shipping cost within 14 days of hearing from you, to the payment method you used. We may wait until the goods are back with us, or until you show us you sent them.
Custom-made and engraved mallets
Custom-made mallets (your choice of colours, handles and hardness) and engraved mallets are made to your specification, so the right of withdrawal does not apply to them.
Something wrong with your order
If a product arrives damaged or faulty, or is not what you ordered, tell us with your order number and a photo, and we will put it right. Please also ask the carrier to note any damage to the parcel on delivery. As a consumer you have the 2-year legal guarantee, and Pendim instruments also have our 2-year warranty.
